Full payment is required no later than 14 days prior to your event. We accept credit cards and cash.  We do not accept checks, money orders, or bank wires.  A 3.5% processing fee is applied to credit and debit card payments. A Non-Refundable Deposit of 50% of the total cost of the cake including tax, transportation, and venue set up is required at the time of Booking to Secure Your Date. Any additional cakes ordered are separate and must be paid for in advance at time of order.

We do not supply flowers, but we are happy to place them on your cake.

Idle Hour Bakery does not provide non-edible items such as ribbon, cake toppers, figurines, or decorative accents. Any such items must be delivered to our bakery no later than 14 days before your event.

Yes.  We will be happy to place your cake topper.  Your topper should be delivered no later than 14 days before your event.

Yes.  We are happy to rent you a cake stand.

Delivery is typically scheduled two hours prior to guest arrival. If you require a different delivery time, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

If your cake is part of a venue package, we will confirm the guest count directly with the venue

If not, you must provide any updates no later than 14 days prior to your event.

Yes.   We are happy to create custom groom’s cakes.  Please let us know when you are at your consultation and we will review the cake options with you.

Can I make changes to my order?
Yes.  All changes must be finalized at least 14 days before your event.
